Canicule Buddy is a heat-safety information tool. It does not provide medical advice, emergency response, or official weather warnings. If you or someone else is in danger, call local emergency services immediately.
Weather data comes from Open-Meteo. Public place data comes from Paris Open Data and community reports. We do our best to keep information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every fountain is working, every place is open, or every weather reading is exact. Use common sense and verify conditions on the ground.
Sign-in is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your device secure. You can delete your account and associated synced data at any time from the Profile screen.
The app, its design, and its code are owned by the Canicule Buddy project. You may not copy or redistribute the app without permission.
To the extent permitted by law, Canicule Buddy and its creators are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses related to your use of the app or reliance on its information.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
